FRANCO GELATO

Franco Fugel founded Franco Gelato in 2011. After making gelato for his friends and family, they all raved over his special recipe. Realizing the unique qualities about his gelato, Franco founded Franco Gelato immediately. Over the past several years, Franco has adapted his recipe, making it even more delicious. Along with being the president of Franco Gelato, Franco has appeared on Chopped, Teen Tournament, has worked at The NoMad in New York and is currently a student at The Culinary Institute of America.
